    Rutherford gold foil experiment
    What is the wavelength of the alpha particle Rutherford used in his famous gold foil experi- meant? How does this compare to the wavelength of the electron?

    Could you not use a physics book to look up the wavelength values for an alpha and beta particle? Then compare them yourself?
