    Veteran Administration Disability Compensation
I am planning on an Offer In Compromise with the IRS. My income is a combination of my social security (already taking 15% from me) and my 100% Permanent and Total Disability from Viet Nam. Can the IRS consider my disability Income as Income? Thank you.
