    I wake up very dizzy
    The last few days I have awakened in the morning VERY dizzy. Saturday, (the day before yesterday) I was so dizzy that I felt sick in my stomach. Yesterday, I was dizzy (when I woke up) and it seemed to continue, although not as sever, through the day. Today, (Monday), I woke up kind of dizzy and I still feel dizzy now some 5 Hours later.

    I do not have high blood pressure. I am over weight. I am 47 years old, male, 6' tall and around 300lbs, I have (and have had for many years) a "ringing" in my ears. This has also gotten worse. I do not know if it is related or not but thought that I would include.

    What is wrong with me?

    Please help.

    Time for a routine checkup my friend, and a few tests done. Highly recommend it.

    You may not have had high blood pressure in the past, but it is possible now. As is diabetes. Time for a visit to the doctor.

    I agree with everyone... time for a complete physical AND bloodwork. You don't want to make assumptions when your health is involved.
