My heat punp fan runs constantly but the unit does not come on and I have little or no heat
The ac runs off electricity the heat is gas. The ac worked until around the time it started getting cold. When I switched it over to gas heat it won't heat & the ac doesn't cool now either. Whether its set on auto, on or turned completely off the fan will run continuously I have to cut the power...
The temperature outside is 98 f the thermostet is set at 78 f the unit is only one year old but seems to run continuously until outside air temp drops then it cuts off until it starts again
