    What can be done?
Well to began with I'm tina and hello to everyone.
My husband and I have been married 5 years. I'm in poor health but still manage to hold down a part time job.
Our problem is every time things seem to be looking up we get sued yet again.
We are having problems paying or electric bill and have to go will out groceries some times.
This is because skagit bond and collections keeps garnishing my husbands checks.
Is there a way to stop this? I'm not sure what to do?

    Hello Tina:

You can't stop it, but you can probably get the amount they take reduced. You'll need to go back to the judge who issued the judgment. If he's local, go down to the courthouse. If he's not, write him a letter.
