    Pain in left arm
My wife has a pain, like something is squeezing really tight, just above her left elbow. She is 59 and is being "watched" pre-hypertension, but is not taking any meds. No numbness or tingling. Should we be concerned?

Who is watching her pre hypertension. She either has high blood pressure or she doesn't, no in between. Get her to the ER, she may be having a heart attack!
