    1040 nr ez / 1040 nr for F1-OPT-H1B
    Hi,

These are the details: Please verify

    F1 - from Aug 2003 to May 2006.
    OPT - from May 2006 to Sept 30th 2006
    H1-B - from Oct 1, 2006.

I am from india, unmarried and my income did not exceed $100K and I did not have any income from stocks or dividends. Did not receive any 1099-MISC form.

    a. Should I be filing 1040 NR or 1040 NR-EZ ? Any benefits from filing 1040NR ?
    b. I will be filing form 8843 , one last time ?
    c. Next year should be filing as resident alien ?

Also, is there any other form that I am missing out ?

    Thanks.
