    There are regional IRS centers where you can send your return along with a check for whatever you owe. Or you can file electronically and pay with a credit card.

    I believe Willie actually wants to know where to REPORT his wages from a Form 1099.

    The answer is Schedule C MOST of the time, but it CAN be Line #21 of Form 1040 or Schedule E.
