Last month when I peed I wiped a pinkish blood then nothing through you're the whole day then the next day did the same thing then the day after that I wiped a red/brownish mucus then nothing all day or even nothing after that. What do u think?

Random spotting happens.

Is there anything else that makes you think that you're pregnant? A missed period perhaps? Have you been having unprotected sex? Are you on birth control.

Yes I've been having unprotected sex and no birth control and I didn't have a period last month.. I just had the spotting stuff and nothing with it.. and been very tired lately and craved Chinese at like 2 in the morning.

If it has been more then two weeks since your missed period I would take a home pregnancy test. Most of the symptoms that are "common" to pregnancy don't show until much later. Those are psychosomatic at this point. I have been craving Chinese in the early morning and been very tired lately as well. I really want lamb from that small city in NorthWest China I visited last year and I have been dealing with a teething child. Also I am male.

Symptoms can be misleading, and a missed period is the only reliable one at this point.
