    H4 Tax filing
I am an Indian Merchant Navy officer. I live in the US on H4 holder but every 2 months I travel to Brazil for Offshore work on a Brazilian work permit. This is 2/2 months on-off rotation.
I am employed by a British Oil company. I am not working while in the US.
I have an ITIN number issued last year in May.
Do I have to file my taxes?
How do I file my taxes? Last year it was joint filing?
