    Harley Davidson 2008 FLHR
    I Have a 2008 FLHR Touring, The battery is good but it won't kick over what can I check? And what could the problem be?

    Step 1: get a wiring diagram and a repair manual for it. You will also need a multimeter and the ability to perform continuity or voltage tracing with it.

    Step 2: Check the On/Off Switch, the neutral safety switch, the clutch safety switch, kickstand switch, and any other switch on the bike known to interrupt the start circuit.

    Once all those have been checked, diagnose the starter.
