    Bleach. That's the only way to go to blonde if you're not already a blonde.

    How long ago did you go to black? Back to back coloring can ruin your hair. Bleaching always has negative effects on your hair, it's harsh, and will damage your hair, no matter what. More so than simply dying your hair.

    Sadly, the only way to go from black to blonde is bleach. If this is what you want, some damage to your hair is to be expected.
