    Can a man pass a cold to a woman when he performs oral sex on her? No kissing or face to face closeness.

    I don't think you have to worry about getting a cold that way.

    The act of sex itself, but germs from month in area, if she wipes or rubs, germs gets on hands. Also, even if no kissing, if they talked ( I assume there also meet, person with cold touched objects so did other person.
