    Theft under 5000 with an absolute discharge
    OK going to the states with a theft under 5000 got an absolute discharge this was all done in April of 2013 and I'm going to the states by bus New York to be exact will my file be erased by now

    If you are going by bus then don't take any chances on being denies entry. It would be embarrassing for you and other travellers. It is as simple as getting a definitive answer at one of our ServiceCanada offices; call them and make sure.
