    Do foreign individuals with U.S bank get a 1099
    We are a US corporation paid rent for a house to someone in Ensenada, Mexico, but the money was wired to a US bank. We also paid a couple of individual contractors & a lawyer, all located in Mexico, but all payments wired to US banks. Do we need to issued a 1099?
