Sick and pregnant, help!
Ok, so I'm 18 weeks pregnant about a week ago my throat started getting sore a day after it felt like mucus is stuck in my throat and its been stuck for about 4days, it has gotten so bad I can't talk. My voice is scratchy and comes and goes. Me being pregnant by primary care doctor and my obstructionist won't see me for it. Ive tried tussin cough and congestion, I tried claritin, and tylenol, tried gargling salt water, tried the saline nasal drip, and I drink hot tea with honey and lemon daily, nothing is working. Please help with some recommendations, needed desperatly...

Your PCP should see you. You may need medication - don't panic, it's common but best that you get an appointment soon. Try an Urgent Care if needed. This isn't something your OB would treat, but a primary doctor would - it doesn't matter that you are pregnant.
