I am a college graduate of 2012 and have been unemployed for about 5 months and have been applying nonstop but see no end in sight so I have been feeling depressed and not the same since I graduated college. I am seeing somebody but I still don't feel emotional connections to anybody anymore and I feel unmotivated and hopeless in finding a job and/or happiness. I have thought about suicide frequently since then but never really thought about committing the act until now. Any help would be appreciated.

Find a job, any job, even part time. It will give you money, self esteem, and a foot in the door for a better job. Apply at fast-food places, restaurants, libraries to shelve books, hospitals to be a transporter, etc. Keep us informed!!!

If you honestly feel like suicide, tell your parents, tell a friend, and get professional help. If it is that serious you need local, professional help.

AS noted, get a job, flip hamburgers ( guess they really do not flip them anymore) or a janitor, or a parking attendant, wok at a car wash, does not matter, you just find a job, any job. Most areas are always looking for part time security guards
