What's this ghost movie
Kids movie on the order of mr boogedy about a ghost from the 1600's I think by the hat. Set in the 80's curse over a fire or something on scene at the end has kids helping clear the male ghosts name. He invented some kind of natural gas pipe. That was the fire in the end of the movie they show the pipe.
