    Statement Cost of Goods Manufactured
    Power Inc. experienced a warehouse fire on December 31st, 2013. Most of the company’s accounting records were destroyed; however the following partial information was salvaged:

    Beginning Inventories on December 1st, 2013 were:
    Raw Materials $64,000
    Work-in-Process $68,000

    Prime Costs: 70% of manufacturing costs
    Manufacturing Overhead: 40% of Conversion Costs

    Actual operating data for the month ending December 2013:

    Cost of goods manufactured $1,540,000
    Raw Material Purchases: $440,000
    Direct Labour Costs: $720,000

    Required:

    Using the above information, prepare a Statement of Cost of Goods Manufactured in proper form for the month of December 2013.
