    Trying to identify artist and scene
    We have a painting (looks like watercolor) and can't make out the artist name or their description of the scene. Any help would be appreciated.

    Have you looked on the back of the painting? Many times the artist will print his/her name, since their signature is illegible. That way buyers know what they bought, and who the artist is.

    Other than that, I'd suggest taking it to an art dealer. I'm not having any luck reading the signature either, and I unless someone comes along and knows this specific artist, which is less likely than finding a needle in a haystack, I doubt you'll find any help online.

    It's a lovely painting.
