I gave alcohol to a couple oif minors on march of 2006 tomorrow I have court and I was wondering will I go to jail or be put on probation? Also if I do go on probation will I still beable to go to bars?

Well it is not election year, so judges will not be as tough on crime, so a lot can depend on what judge you get and their personal moral opinions on your crime. What has your attorney been telling you ?

It is possible that you could, most likely if this is a first offense you will get probation, and yes if you don't follow the rules of your probation, you can be picked up and be ordered to serve the jail time

If you are going to court tomorrow for a sentencing, then if this is your first offense and have a clean record thus far and a good lawyer, then you might be likely to be placed on probation.

Since alcohol was a part of your crime, one of the probation requirements would likely be that you are not allowed to consume any alcoholic beverages and refrain from going to any bars.
