    Bad tooth
    I have a broken and infected eye tooth. The swelling has left my gum and is moving up my face just left of my nasal passage. The pressure and pain is immense. What is going on

    You answered your own question. And an infection in a tooth can just keep spreading, so see a dentist ASAP! If the tooth has to be removed, an oral surgeon is preferable. You will be given antibiotics, so take the entire amount prescribed.

    Infection is spreading, it can cause serious, even life threatening illness if left untreated.

    So when you going to dentist ?
