Why would the arcing of a damaged electrical wire fail to trip a breaker?
I have an mobile concesstion stand that I have a fridge and freezer pluged in 1 outlet but my question is can I add an outlet outside the trailer so I can plug an extension cord to so I can power that outlet with the fridge and freezer to? Like an male to male connector or something?
Can I connect my generator directly to an outlet that is used by my electrical dryer. I was told that as long as I shut the main it would be safe. Then I would be able to use certain appliances as long as I do not exceed the output of the generator.
I have my service coming into my garage,(A 200 amp box) then a 100 amp breaker to the mobile home, then a couple more breakers in the garage. I am putting a modular home in, which has a 200 amp box in also. How should I wire them together. Thanks;
