You will need to visit your own personal doctor and see what options you have. ( no idea what a "baby tube" is. A correct real name would be nice.

If your abortion has caused medical problems, then only a real life exam with a local doctor will give you the answers you need.

Did you lose both tubes? If you did it is not likely you will have kids. I belief it is impossible. Do not listen to the stories of women giving birth without tubes I have seen no proof that validates these claims and have read a lot of artices claiming it is not possible.

    I have merged the threads.

First having a baby will not save a marriage, many women can not have children and there is no way to be sure to have a boy. That is up to mans DNA. Also to be honest, husbands mother needs to stay out of your family business.

You need to consult a fertility specialist on this. You and your husband need to be examined to determine whether you can have children. And then, instrucuted on how to optimize your chances.

To add to what the others have said, one question would be how long have you been married?

    Some important things to know:

    * It can take a year or so for couples who are perfectly healthy to become pregnant. Doctors don't usually even consider looking for a possible problem until you have been actively trying for at least a year or unless you are over 35 and have been trying for at least 6 months.

    * Your husband's sperm will determine whether you become pregnant with a boy, not you.

    * If, after at least a year of trying, you are not pregnant, both you and your husband should consider having some testing done. It is often the male partner who may have difficulty fathering a child.

    * Having just one fallopian tube (if that is what you are referring to) will not prevent you from becoming pregnant.

I too am confused when you say you lost your baby tube. Are you saying that you have no fallopian tubes? Are you saying you had a complete hysterectomy? The correct terminology would really help us help you.

Based on your post I'm going to guess that you're in a country where most people have no idea about sex, much less pregnancy and how it works. How will having a child, specifically a boy, save your marriage? Why is your mother in law so involved in you reproducing, again, specifically a boy?

If this "baby tube" is what I think it is, it's unlikely you'll conceive. But that's just a guess based on what you wrote, which wasn't clear at all.

What country are you in? I'm guessing India?
