    Hi Furon

How are these two water heaters piped...in series or in parallel (google these terms)?

Who installed the new water heaters (plumber or DIY)?

Are these water heaters gas or electric?

What size is each water heater?

Please answer ALL my questions, OK?

It looks to me like either it is not plumbed correctly or on heater is not working... Answer Massplumber2008s questions and we'll tell you right away... You can also post clear photo of the installation so we can identify the problem visually... Back to you... Milo
