    What can my husband expect to get for VOP?
    My husband has a misdemeanor vop for traffic n now just got a less then oz. Charge. How much time could he serve? He provides everything for me.. I have no one else

    Well the time is up to the court. Perhaps you should consider being less dependent. He is obviously inconsiderate to you potential problems.

    He most likely just be in jail till the hearing.
