    If you have a blank letterhead can you scan it into your computer.
    And fill it out and then print it. If you could that would save a lot of money in having letterhead printed

    I do it all the time.

    Maybe I don't completely understand your question....here is what I have done. I made a letterhead for my business with Word and then I just fill in whatever needs to be done.

    If you're talking about scanning an existing letterhead, I would think that would work as well if you have the right software.

    Scanning in a letterhead may not produce sufficient quality. If you can create a Word template with your letterhead design you can use that. I do it all the time.
