    Can I file for an extension of child support for a child attending college?

    You can file. I doubt if it will be granted. This is something that should have been handled in the original divorce settlement.

    Do you and child live in Georgia.

    Why was this not part of the child support order to start with.

    Has the child support order already stopped and payments stopped ?
