    Divestiture with Cash Split
    Parent Co is selling Sub for $100M with a NBV of $40M. The cash on Sub's books is going to be split with $2M going back to Sub and new third party purchaser retaining $6M. What is the correct way to record the sale AND the $2M cash on the Parent's books?
