I'm experienced in finance for 5 years. After hard economic times I spent 2 years working in retail, but my position pays more than my financial position did. Because I work for a retail company, the company's name and my title affects me trying to apply to any position with a business atmosphere. What can I do? Should I reveal my salary to companies I'm interested in?
