My 45 yrs old neighbor mentally and physically disabled is being evicted from the house his parents owned and left him along with a trust. This is being done by his 1/2 sister who is conservator and has misappropriated the funds. Stole them . She has neglected to provide for his needs such as a leaky stove that the gas company shut down, he needed another one. Charged him over a thousand dollars for wall heater repairs. (she had her adult son light the pilot) and said the parts cost the thousand dollars. He is capabable of funcitioning just fine alone but he has to do this with only the 700.00 he gets from disability. The sister has paid only the property taxes and left the rest of the repairs on the house to be my neighbors problem. The bathroom floor is sogged and rotting cause the toilet leaks, tiles falling off the wall from the shower leaking. The house is now infested with roaches cause she wouldn't hire a fumigator. She has changed the will. Taken papers to him that he didn't know what they said and she convinced him to sign them. She's out to have him put in a rest home so she can sell the house and keep the money. He also has part ownernship in a ranch in anza desert that's suppose to be rented out and a portion of the money to go into the trust. He has less than 3 days before she throws him out. He can't find any legal representation. On what money he can afford

She has to evict him though the courts, she can not just evict him.

So you help him. You help find him an attorney and have him call you, when sister comes?
