Hello,

I want to discuss about masturbation.Actually I don't like masturbation. I strongly strongly respect my religion. So I don't want my mind to want to do masturbation. After finishing masturbation, I am not dare to walk in front of church. I feel a little shy or afraid because I feel masturbation is bad thing. I don't know how to solve my problem. I read a book which write that masturbation is human nature but I still feel that masturbation is not good thing.
I also heard that a correct masturbation is good for health. Is it right? I really confused.

You seem to think this is taught by your religion. Go talk to the religious leader of your church, for starters. He is used to this question and there is no need to feel uncomfortable talking to him.

Masturbation is a natural act. I am not aware of any religion that makes it that serious of sin. It may be that your parents or some others religious leader have given you incorrect feelings on this.

Most people do this, and it is a natural act.

If you want to think for yourself then think for yourself. Don't ask us how to think. We can tell you, it is a fact that its normal. From there it is up to you.
