I have a small framed piece of artwork that I believe is either a watercolor or a print. My mother in law brought it with her from a concentration camp she and her husband spent years in. It was the most important and only thing she held on to.
This is of a bird on a branch after a bug. I would appreciate any help figuring out the signature at the bottom.

I'm sorry that no one responded to your question. Sadly, after looking at the picture, the signature is impossible to read. Your only hope of finding help online would be for someone to recognize the picture, because they're familiar with the artist. That's like finding a needle in a haystack.

It's a gorgeous piece. I'd find a reputable art dealer near you, you'd have better luck having someone look at the painting in person.
