Need help unborn child in Texas
What if my ex girlfriend is leaving back to Connecticut with my unborn when she moved here to Texas to be with me. And now she's breaking up with me because she's "homesick", and something tells me the she living in guilt and the baby may not be mine because I'm bringing up that the dates don't add up or all the ultra sounds pics so now I'm not sure if I'm the father or not. But she trying to leave and break up with me over home sickness. Now I don't get to see my first born being born because she swears the baby is mine and gives me the famous "your the only guy i was with". But yet doesn't want to sign a paper stating she will give me a paternity test even though she telling she will verbally. What should I do

You wait till the baby is born. After he / she is, you ask the court to order DNA testing. Which state you do this and depends on which state has jurisdiction. When the results come back, You will either go your own ways if the child is not yours or you can then ask for court ordered visitation and the mother can ask for court ordered child support if the DNA comes back to be yours.

There is nothing she can sign at this point and if you want a paternity test, you get a court order, that is what you do.

She can go back there if she wants to. If you do DNA test you ask for child visits.

There is nothing you can do but wait until the child is born, and then seek DNA and whatever else through the court.

I would suggest you register with the Putative Father's Registry in TX and CT. But other than that you have no control until the child is born. Doesn't matter whether she agrees to a DNA test or not. You ask the court to order one. The state where the child was born will have jurisdiction.
