So I'm currently scared that I might be pregnant but I'm not sure what to do.
I'm a 20year old female and I've only been with my boyfriend 4 months.

The last month I've been gaining weight like crazy, almost seems impossible to gain so much so fast. I couldn't believe it.

I've been overly tired.

I've been just hott in general.

I've had more headaches then normal.

I've been eating a lot more then normal.

The past two days I've been (sorry if its tmi) Gassy and constipated.
I've also had pains/cramps in my lower abdomen that come and go often the past two days.

My boobs arnt hurting or swollen but they feel different, really weird I'm not sure how to explain it. And earlier today I noticed the little dots around my nipples were out and they've never been that way before.

I took a pregnancy test about a month ago and it came out negative.
We took the test because I was almost a week late on my period and I've never been late before.

I've also had my regular period again after that but I generally "feel pregnant" and I no that it sounds weird but I don't know. And I don't want to say I'm not pregnant just because I've had normal periods because every female in my family has had regular periods up until about 6months pregnant.

Im generally a happy person and don't get stressed easy.

There is no real feeling of "pregnancy" most women have no signs at all. The first sign most women get is a missed period, not just a week late.

And in first month pregnancy, no there is almost no weight gain at all.

These do not sound like pregnancy.

But that is not to say you are not.

You have to be 2 week late on your period to test, so wait till you miss a period, and then wait two weeks.

This may be some stomach issue, and you may wish to see your doctor

A test only one week after a missed period is too early. Accuracy during that first week is less than 50%. But if you got your period , then its highly unlikely you are pregnant. I'm not sure what you are talking about having periods until the 6th month. Do you understand what your period is? Its possible that some bleeding occurs after conception, but its impossible to get a real period once conception occurs.

Spotting during the first few months of pregnancy can mimic a period, but it will not be like your normal period.

If you are eating more than you normally would and not getting more exercise then that explains the weight gain. It also explains the stomach and gut issues. Our bodies do not like extreme diet changes and will let us know.

Eating due to stress is very common. Stressing about the possibility of being pregnant can cause all of your other 'symptoms'.

If you are not currently on birth control, I suggest seeing your doctor and discussing the options that are best for you. However, keep in mind that no form of birth control or contraceptive is 100% effective. If you aren't ready to be a parent then abstaining from sex is the only way to be certain it doesn't happen.
