25 to 30 year old movie
There was a movie about a group of kids that were held in an institution like place and were told that the sun would harm them in some way. They were never allowed outside the building and were given time under "sun lamps" in order to stay healthy. Eventually the kids escaped to the outdoors and got to see and feel the sun for the first time in their lives. That is about all I remember of the movie and this is the first place I found to ask about the title. I thought it was solarbabies but that is not the right movie. I think it had solar in the title though. I was very young when I saw this movie. Please help!
