I finally got $ to get repair man out and he said my system was wired wrong and I needed a new thermostat but my system has worked fine for several years so I didn't understand why the man said it wasn't wireed correctly.. now the electronic thermostat is reading aux heat on but I have no heat comeing out of vents... my system in a in/out door unit coleman 3500a816/nordyne date stamp 1993... please help if you can I am a single mom... thanks

If the repair man said you need a new thermostat he might just know what he is doing. Did your replace the original thermostat with a electronic one?

It is almost impossible to advise under this situation. I recommend you call the furnace man back and have him look into your situation.
