I am 23 and my memory is degenerating fast and it is getting worse.
Im 23 and my memory is declining. It is getting worse and I don't know why. It isn't just effecting my short term memory, its my long term as well. Example... yesterday I was singing rock a bye baby to my 13 month old. I went to repeat the same song I just sang and I couldn't remember the words. I tried so hard to remember but I just couldn't.

Start a journal and record these memory lapses for a week or so. Then make a doctor's appointment and take your journal with you.
