I am afraid that I have genital warts.
I have little bumps on my perineum but they do not itch, burn, nor cause me pain. When I try an pop them , they either open up and blood comes out, or nothing happens at all.

Please don't pop bumps! Yes, they might be genital warts, and you really should get them painted with the treatment available to clinics (IF that's what they are), before they spread into your rectum. Sometimes they are frozen off, which is quick and painless.

You might want to get them looked at before you do anything further.

It is unwise to pop things on your perineum. The chance of infection there is high.

It's time to change that habit and see a doctor about these bumps. You're risking your health by popping them.

They only way to diagnose this is via blood test as well as a culture of the "bumps." Since we can't do either here, you will need to see a doctor.

Popping is a very dangerous practice as it opens the skin risking serious infection.
