    Nordyne propane heater
    The heater won't turn on we just hear a humming but when we click the main on off switch to fan only the fan works but if we click it to on it won't turn on

When my furnace reaches the desired temp. the fan reduces speed and it looks like one of the elements is still red. The only way to shut it off is to turn the breaker off for about 5 min. If I don't do this the furnace continues to run and the temp. continues to rise. What could be my problem?
