I don't know the title of it but there is a girl who is at this party and sees someone get stabbed and screams but no one else seems aware of the situation. She then sees the man again who did the stabbing appear and disappear while looking out the windows of a café or something. I think her mom calls her and tells her not to come home and she goes home to find a monster there, kind of looks like a giant blood sucking worm? The disappearing man appears at her house and kills the monster. He tells her that her mom was part of something and that the blood runs in her. I remember something like how there is a group of them in a room full of monsters and they're outmatched but werewolves comes to the rescue?

Really need help finding the title of this movie. It's killing me not knowing what it is.
