    EtG detection And diuretic use
I would like to know if it is likely if consuming 3 mikes hard lemonade on Tuesday between 2pm and 6pm will show up on an EtG test done on Thursday at 11:40am. I also took a bumex (diuretic) Wednesday with large Amounts of water, along with my GNC women's energy
And metabolism vitamins. More coffee and water the morning if test. Any thoughts??

They correlate the ETG with other chemicals in your urine to gain a ratio to check for dilution; which you are doing. It prevents people from drinking and then diluting the results to show lower then they actually are. It is a fail of a different variety for the test. So the last of the alcohol entered your system at 6pm, probably out by 9-10pm. I am giving it about 35-40 hours since your last drink. Depending on what the tolerance is of the test you'll probably fail. The posted sensitivity is alcohol consumption within the past 60-80 hrs. That is dependent on a lot of variables.

What happens if you fail the test?

Not sure what will happen. Whatever it is surely not worth the risk.
Just wondering if you answer stems from experience or education?

Education. I have read up on the test. I am familiar with the metabolic pathways et al. that the test relies on.
