    Bumps on scrotum spread to the shaft of my penis
    But I've had the same looking bumbs around my niples years before I had sex we were both vergins so I can't have a STD?

    You could have a STD. Sometimes being a virgin doesn't really matter when it comes to certain STDs.

    Have yourself tested and looked at by a doctor. It could be something easy and simple to treat or something more dangerous.
