    Real Estate Contract Be Cancelled
Our buyers on a Land/Home Contract have not only failed to fully make their down payment payments, but they are consistently late; one time well over 30 days. Do we have recourse to cancel the contract?

What does the contract say? The contract should have a clause that specifies what happens in case of default. It should define what constitutes default and what your recourse is.
