    Q: A student instead of finding the value of 7/8th of a number, found the value of 7/18th of a number. If his answer differed from the actual one by 770. Find the number?
    A. 1238
    B. 1430
    C. 1584
    D. 1536

    the answer is C. 1584

    plzz provide a brief explanation on how u reached the solution, if u got the solution.
