I have unprocted sex with my boyfriend on 22 nov but we don't know exactly the sperms enterd or not.. but I got my period today itself but bleeding is not properly flowing just a few drops of blood is coming and also I have irregular periods problems can I get pregnant?

I took that medicine before 72 hr and I got bleeding 25 nov evening

Yes it is still possible, the I pill is not 100 percent effective and gets less and less effective the longer you wait.it appears you waited almost till 3rd day to take the pill, which makes if much less effective than if taken same day,

So yes, at this point you have to wait and see if you get your next period
