    want divorce
    Am moroccan woman want my divorce from my english husband we been married from 2007,and I have been in the UK for 3 years ago I got 1 child 3 years old ,and am pregnant .but my husband he is not good unresponsible,don t support me and the kid and he is bad with us as well and I got tired with this situation ,my question now is how can I get my divorce will this will affect my resident here in the UK ,thanks

    You did not say, what type of visa you are on, and how you are now staying in the UK.

    But you merely hire a solicitor and file for divorce like anyone else.
