I stumbled on some $2 bills one is from 2003 and has some significant miscut around the white edge of it.. it looks crisp enough to have been done by a machine but how do I know someone didn't just cut it themselves, it also has the "Two dollars" sign that can be seen indented that shows through the back. The other is 1976 the back is lined perfectly the front however is printed nearly on the edge. Can anyone tell me of these are worth more then normal $2 bills cause of the errors.
