    Do I have options
I have court fines in the state of Missouri that I have not been able to pay on. I'm 3 months behind. I inform the courts that I don't have a job and is struggling trying to attain one and I have no one to help me pay. They said my pymt is 100 a month and that I either need to pay account current or show up in court. I'm on probation in the state of Illinois and live about 5 hours away. I informed them if I had funds to drive to them I'd just send it on my fines. I ask the circuit court if I had any other options and she said no either pay it or bench warrant would be issued if I don't show up... is she telling me the truth or do I have options for I would like to avoid a warrant at all cost. I'm trying to get back on my feet.

As I understand what you are saying, you are on probation in both Illinois and Missouri, and you are behind in paying the Missouri fines. It is not clear which state it is in which you live, but I assume it is Illinois. Did the Missouri court agree that you could leave the state?

Well, you need to schedule a hearing at which you should ask the judge to modify your payment schedule. If you don't have the money to travel to such a hearing, ask about being able to attend by telephone.
