Skin discolourations

I have a lot of discolourations all over my skin which includes chicken pox marks I have tried neprosene gel by itself and seems my spots fade in weeks I don't necessarily want to bleach as I'm not darkskin but my marks and spots make me seem darker allover my hands and feet.
